Regine Macayan has worked under JSResults as a dedicated virtual assistant since September 2026. She is 24, lives in Masbate in the Philippines and is available full time.

What Regine takes over
Admin support
Keeping inbox and calendar in order, scheduling appointments, organising files and daily follow-up.
Customer service
Answering email, chat and social media for online shops, including orders and returns.
Data entry and research
Clean spreadsheets, checked lead lists and web research in Excel and Google Sheets.
SEO content
Writing and preparing articles and pages, based on the briefs and keyword lists I create.
Social media content
Canva designs, captions, hashtag sets and a monthly content calendar.
How we work together
You have one point of contact, and that is me. I do the intro call, agree on what needs to happen and check what gets delivered. Regine carries it out and sends you an overview of what is done at the end of every week.
Strategy, technical work and GEO stay with me. That is my craft and I don't hand it off. What Regine brings is room: more work that keeps moving, without the part that matters most suffering for it.

Languages
English, fluent in speaking and writing. Filipino is her native language. She does not speak Dutch; customer contact in Dutch goes through me.
Background
Bachelor of Elementary Education at Dr. Emilio Espinosa Sr. Memorial State College of Agriculture and Technology in Masbate. During that programme she spent five months as a student teacher at Milagros West Central School, where she taught a full school week, made the teaching materials and adjusted her explanations to the level of each child.
